Blessing of St Michael's Hall Clare

On Sunday 17th August the  blessing of the recently renovated St Michael’s Hall in Clare was a wonderful gathering following the 9AM Mass.  It was great to catch up with many members of our community at the morning tea and to visit the new parish office, the renovated parish meeting room and the new St Joseph’s school learning and community spaces within St Michael’s Hall.  The Hall continues to be owned by the parish.  The operation of the hall has been in the care of St Joseph’s School in recent decades, and I am grateful to our Parish Pastoral Council, Parish Finance Committee, St Joseph’s School Board and previous principal Peter Shearer for the work in recent years to support the renovation of St Michael’s Hall.
